For the purposes of viewing, the access to the site is at the Northern end of Westminster Drive. This is marked with the letter A on the plan.

We believe that an existing Yorkshire Water foul sewer runs along the Southern boundary of the land and a Northern Powergrid 11KV overhead line crosses the site.

Rights in Favour of Lot 1 - In the event of Lot 1 and 2 being sold to separate purchasers, Lot 1 will have the right to pass over/under Lot 2 with all the services and drainage that are required to facillitate the development of Lot 1. Such rights to be legally documented.
