There is one electricity pole that stands just inside the Eastern boundary. No wayleaves have been identified within the landlordís records and it is advised that the service providers are contacted for detailed information and clarification. The land forms part of the Humber Estuary SSSI/SPA and Ramsar. Much of the surrounding area forms part of the Far Ings Nature Reserve.
