The land is sold with the benefit of being registered for the Basic Payment Scheme. The appropriate number of entitlements will be transferred to the successful purchaser with a transfer fee of 200 plus VAT.

There is an electricity line running across both fields comprising 6 poles, 2 stays and 2 underground cables. Wayleaves will be transferred where they exist. We are not aware of any public rights of way which affect the land.
